Our Service & Refit operation has evolved to become one of the most experienced, trusted and sought after in the yachting industry. Formally established in 2013 in Palma de Mallorca, the epicentre of the Mediterranean yachting scene, it offers a holistic, wide-ranging service benefiting from 50 years of world class yacht building. It recognises owners’ needs for transparent reporting, efficient planning and technical expertise to keep their yachts in first class condition.

We are now strengthening our team in Palma de Mallorca and we are looking for a qualified PURCHASER to lead and execute procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier negotiation, market analysis, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Negotiate favourable contractual terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Education in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial or technical purchasing.
• Knowledge of ERP tools and data analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate to high level of English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the nautical or metallurgical sector.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Art. 19 LPRL) and related certifications.
