Join our Service & Refit team in Palma de Mallorca and help maintain, repair, and enhance some of the world's most prestigious yachts.

Established in 2013 in the heart of the Mediterranean yachting industry, our Service & Refit operation combines more than 50 years of world-class yacht-building expertise with a reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional craftsmanship.

As a Carpenter, you will work on a variety of refit and maintenance projects, including repairs, modifications, and installation of custom interior and exterior wooden components onboard yachts. Working closely with project managers, technicians, and other skilled trades, you will help deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and finish.

Your craftsmanship will be visible onboard some of the world's most advanced luxury yachts.

What We're Looking For

• Technical training in carpentry or a related field.

• Experience in carpentry, including construction, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures and furniture.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset.

• Highly motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with changing priorities.

• Good communication skills in Spanish and/or English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marine carpentry or yacht refit projects.

• Knowledge of boat interiors, joinery, and fine woodworking.

• Experience working with premium materials and custom-built solutions.

• Understanding of yacht industry quality standards.

• Interest in boating, sailing, or the yachting industry.
